Michael Sideras

Michael graduated in Law from University College London (UCL) in 2002 (LL.B). In 2003 he graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE) with an M.Sc. in Philosophy, Policy and Social Value.

In 2005 he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar and has been practicing law uninterruptedly in Nicosia since obtaining his professional licence.
 
Michael has joined the Firm in March 2017.

His practice is mainly focused on Court based Civil and Commercial litigation including arbitration proceedings, family law, employment law, probate and banking including injunctive relief. Michael is a member of the Maritime Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Michael is also active in the sector of Maritime Security and often advices clients on commercial matters regularly drafting Legal Opinions.

Main areas of practice: Banking and Finance, commercial law, corporate law, land law, labour law, intellectual property law, tort law, admiralty, administration of estates, arbitrations, contract law and civil litigation.
