Alexandra Kokkinou

ALEXANDRA KOKKINOU was born in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Alexandra Kokkinou graduated in Law from the University of Southampton in 2010. In 2011 she graduated from the University of Manchester with an LL.M in International Business and Commercial Law, and a year later she was admitted as qualified lawyer to the Cyprus Bar Association.

In October 2012, Alexandra joined the Commission for the Protection of Competition as Legal Advisor whereby she assisted the Commission in the investigation of cases (complaints and ex officio investigations) and in the evaluation of notified concentrations.

Alexandra has also served as in-house legal counsel in the corporate department of local and foreign companies. In January 2016 she joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate Department where she acts as legal counsel to international and local clients with regards to a wide spectrum of matters ranging from drafting of agreements and other legal documents, to day to day legal advice.

Alexandra’s legal knowledge and expertise also expands to the fields of immigration and real estate law as she is a member of the firm’s team advising High-Net- Worth international clients and meeting the high demand for investments and investment related immigration in Cyprus.

Moreover in the personal data protection domain, and pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation to come into effect in May of 2018, Alexandra is a member of the team assisting, preparing and advising the firm’s clients on various existing data protection and compliance matters.
