Eleni Tzioni

ELENI TZIONI was born in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Eleni graduated from the University of Southampton in 2008 (LL.B Hons) and then obtained her LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary University (University of London) in 2009. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010.

Eleni has been dealing with both litigation and corporate law since the beginning of her career in 2010, where she gained broad experience in a variety of fields of the legal practice such as corporate litigation proceedings as well as drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents involved in banking and finance projects and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also has expertise in financial services matters and in particular the formation and ongoing compliance of Alternative Investment Funds.

Eleni joined the Corporate Law department of the firm in February 2015, where she acts as legal counsel to international and local clients associated with a wide spectrum of matters ranging from drafting of agreements and other legal documents related to financial, banking and other commercial transactions, to day-to-day legal advice.
