Amalia Erotokritos

AMALIA EROTOKRITOS was born in London, U.K.

Amalia graduated in Law from the University of Oxford (Worcester College) in 1999 (B.A. Law (Oxon) and went on to acquire an LL.M in Banking and Finance Law from King’s College London. In 2000 Amalia joined the Legal Department of the Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd as an internal legal adviser until 2007. 

In 2007 she joined the Corporate Law department of the firm and in 2008 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association. 
 
Amalia’s work involves the incorporation, administration and restructuring of companies and the drafting of and providing legal opinions on corporate documents, banking and other financial services documentation and commercial agreements.  

Amalia advises banks on both day-to-day matters as well as specific projects and in 2012 she contributed to a major banking project.  She has also been involved in projects requiring the carrying out of legal due diligence with respect to a Cyprus entity and the drafting of and providing legal opinions on documentation in international transactions and structures that include a Cyprus entity.
